2025 lecture season continues on Wednesday 28th May
The May lecture almost needs no introduction as it covers one of the most famous RAF operations ever; Operation "Black Buck 1" during the Falklands War.
For this month's lecture, Sqn Ldr Bob Tuxford AFC MRAeS RAF (Retired) will tell the amazing story of one of the RAF’s most remarkable Operations. Operation "Black Buck 1" during the Falklands conflict was a daring, long range raid that required meticulous planning, good fortune and great fortitude. Now you can re-live the story, as told by one of the pilots that helped make it happen. For more information, check out our events page HERE. |
