NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 2nd Annual General Meeting of Metheringham Airfield Visitor Centre CIO, Charity Number 119434, will be held in the Peter Scoley Hall (prior to the lecture) and online via Zoom at 6pm 27th September 2023.
Note: Registering for attendance closed on 22nd September 2023.

Each member, be that family or single, has one vote.
If you are attending online and are eligible to attend, then 3 days before the AGM you will be sent the Zoom link by email to enable you to join the meeting.
Those accessing via Zoom can join from 5.50pm to allow members to join and test their system before the meeting starts. Anyone joining after 6pm will not be admitted as the meeting will start promptly at that time. We will do everything we can to ensure you can attend the AGM but we cannot be liable for any technical difficulties on the night.
